Returns & Refunds
WholesaleVape only offer a warranty on faulty products.
Please check all goods when you receive them, the warranty will start from the date of your receipt.
You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order. You may return the order to us in its unopened original condition to receive account credit or a full refund (customer must pay shipping costs).
The following must be followed in order to carry out a warranty claim
Email informing us of your full name and a subject referencing to the item in question
A returns form will be emailed to you. Failure to fill out the returns form will delay processing any warranty items.
Once the items are received we will test the item and inform you.
If the goods are faulty then we will immediately ship out replacement items or issue a refund.
Please allow up to 5 working days for a response.
The warranty will be void if the returned goods have not been suitably maintained or in good working order.
All items must all be unused for hygiene & health reasons. Any items that you do wish to return, its your responsibility to return the items (including postage charges). Please note that we do not accept any e-liquids or clearomisers that have been opened & used.
